This collaborative approach allows you time not only to lead change but also to observe and evaluate the contributions of your team.

to identify future leaders? Sharing your experience and knowledge with subordinates through online collaboration has proven to be an effective way of identifying and nurturing future leaders. Online workshops can also be used as part of your district’s Induction Program for Administrators, through which participants will receive PDP points to be applied toward state accreditations.
